How long will it take to receive my order?
Our jewelry pieces are carefully prepared and packaged with love. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped directly to you.
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. It’s our way of thanking you for choosing Sophia's Jewelry and supporting our small business.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your jewelry has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order by entering your email address and order number on our tracking page (link not clickable here — refer to our website menu for “Track Order”).
What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. The jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Do you ship internationally?

How should I care for my jewelry?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come:

Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed, as we begin processing immediately.
