Certain products or services may only be available online through our website. These may have limited quantities and will be returned or exchanged according to our return policy.

Coupons and additional discount codes issued due to sizing issues are non-refundable. Products purchased with these codes cannot be returned or exchanged. These offers are final and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

We strive to display colors and images of products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display colors correctly.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of products or services to specific persons, geographic regions, or jurisdictions. We may change quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice. Descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.

We do not guarantee that the quality of products, services, or other materials will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

Although we work to minimize variations, there may be slight differences in size or finish.

Delivery:
If you do not collect your delivery within approximately 14 days, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the purchase price for handling costs.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please first contact the postal or shipping service. If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, request an official confirmation and send it to us.

We are not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but not received. We do not issue refunds in such cases, but we may assist with a replacement after review.

Return Policy:
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Our return address is in China.

Order Processing:
Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately. Please review your order carefully before confirming. If you need assistance, contact our support team as soon as possible. However, changes may not be possible once the order enters the shipping process.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund, but we can resend the order for free with the correct details.

If the shipping provider attempts delivery and you fail to coordinate, we are not responsible for undelivered items and will not issue a refund.

We are not liable for carrier delays, and refunds will not be issued for delayed shipments.

Reshipment Policy:
If your order is lost, returned, marked as failed delivery, or arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will reship your order at no extra cost. Please contact customer support with order details and supporting evidence (photos/videos if applicable).

Once a replacement or partial refund has been provided, no further refunds or compensation will be issued for that order.

PART 6 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion. In certain cases, we may limit the quantities per person, household, or order.

You agree to provide current, accurate billing and account information for all purchases and to promptly update any changes.
