At Sophia's Jewelry, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Timeframe:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to start a return process. After this 14-day period, we unfortunately won’t be able to process returns or exchanges.
Please note that cancellations of orders are not accepted once an order has been placed, as processing begins immediately.
Condition:
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry must be unworn, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Process:
To start a return, please email us at support@sophias-jewelry.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Please note that we do not offer free returns, and returns should be sent directly to our fulfillment center in Asia.
Refunds
Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
Processing:
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before refunds appear.

Exchanges
Damaged or Defective Items:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at support@sophias-jewelry.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
